Every man, at some point in his life, has felt weak, unsure, or even pathetic. You feel out of place, uncomfortable in your own skin, and disconnected from the man you wish you were. Maybe you see other men who seem confident, respected, and in control, and you wonder—why am I not him? Why do I feel hopeless? Why does no one I want, want me back?

We know this feeling because we’ve been there. Every man starts out as nothing. When you’re young, you have no skills, no experience, and no clear roadmap to becoming the man you were meant to be. As you come of age, the world and even you yourself begin demanding more than you can yet give. Because at this stage, you haven’t yet developed the skills, style, finesse, or confidence that command respect. You have no apparent value to offer to others—yet.

And here’s where many men stop. They give up, letting themselves become discouraged.

For me, feeling that I didn’t have anything to give to anyone and a deep depression, I started dancing. I got myself out of bed and healed on the dance floor. Taking action helped me overcome my feelings of inferiority and led me too a career as a dance teacher. Today I stand in the middle of the room in my full power and purpose giving people the joy of dancing in thier life.
