Exactly two years ago I started to focus on my masculinity like if it was a competitive sport. I discovered that I could have clear boundaries to other people and that I had the right to expect respect from anyone in my sphere.
This actually came as a chock to me, since I have been thought respect is something I have to earn to be able to have.
I realized I have pushed myself down, making myself smaller to not offend other people, and was craving peoples approval.
I also realized I had been poisoning myself with shit food, negative thoughts and a victim mentality the biggest part of my life.
From these realizations grew a decision to transform my life.
I quit Sugar, I quit Carbs, went on a carnivore diet, quit alcohol, drank more water and focused more on my regeneration and were willing to part with anyone who did not showed the respect for me in my life.
The results were instant. I got more energy, I lost weight, saved money and time to focus on my lives goals as a Designer to bring people together on a global scale and in Dancing to share the key to the kingdom through couples dancing.
Quitting coffee was the hardest for me since I used to drink 3 pots of coffee a day.
Today I live my life fully in a way I never thought possible. I reach my goals faster than I can imagine, I get attention and get chosen in all areas of life and I started to feel the urge to give back.
So, I started to coach other men in how to maximize their masculinity.
